Sales & Business Development Executive
Location: Phnom Penh (Field + Office Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Cleanbodia is a sustainable packaging company providing biodegradable and eco-friendly packaging solutions to restaurants, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, and corporate clients in Cambodia. Our mission is to provide innovative and sustainable alternatives to reduce plastic pollution and engage communities in being part of the solution.
We are now expanding and looking for a proactive Sales & Business Development Executive to grow our customer base and develop new business opportunities.
Role Objective
To generate new customers, build a strong sales pipeline, and increase revenue from both:
- Branded Cleanbodia stock products
- Custom-branded packaging orders (high-value clients)
This role focuses on both activity and results.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Contact new businesses per week (restaurants, cafés, bakeries, retail shops, etc.).
- Generate meaningful conversations per week.
- Send quotations or samples weekly.
- Conduct physical visits when necessary.
Pipeline Management
- Maintain key active prospects per month.
- Follow up consistently with interested businesses.
- Track all activity and prospects in CRM or Excel.
- Provide weekly activity & pipeline reports.
Sales Conversion
- Close new branded customers.
- Develop at least one custom packaging opportunity within 3 months.
- Support custom clients through the sampling and quotation process.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales, B2B, or business development.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field visits.
- Technical: Basic knowledge of social media outreach.
- Language: Fluent in Khmer; English is a plus.
